Shipping Products
All orders are shipped UPS ground unless specified. After your order is received by our system, your order will be processed within 2 to 5 business days if not sooner. Out of stock items will be processed 5 to 7 business days and it takes an additional 2 to 5 business days for UPS or the Postal Service to deliver the package to you. Transit time depends on what area of the country the package is shipping to. You will receive order receipt and a tracking or shipping confirmation by email when your order is shipped.

Product Returns
We have a reputation of providing high quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the undamaged item for a full refund.....excluding the shipping fee. When we receive the merchandise from you, we’ll refund your cost of the products back to your account. Unless we made a mistake on the order, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the shipping fee is not refundable.
Please make sure you are aware of this return policy.
Damaged Merchandise During Transit
We package our boxes according to the UPS packaging codes. If for some reason you receive damaged products, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to report the damaged package. You need to provide UPS with the tracking number which can be found on the shipping label. You need to keep the damaged package up to 5 days from the day you call UPS to report the damage. UPS will pick up the damaged package for inspection, and send to us. We will process the paperwork for refund to you. Please send us an email reference with the order number for the damaged package. We will either re-process your order, or refund the purchase price to your credit card or PayPal account.

Our Manufacturing Facility will be closed on the following Dates:

New Year: January 1st to 2nd

July 4th
Orders received during the above Holidays will be processed starting on the first day after returning to work on a first come, first serve basis.
